Dinning table dispute

Bradlows Cosmo City I purchase a knight dinning table 8x Zara chairs on 2024-11-30 and wanted it to be delivered at home in KZN and they were delivered on 2024-12-06 around 20:00pm on delivery one chair was damaged, table top and one leg had scratches and dents. The delivery team from Newcastle took the photos to make a report. On the next day 2025-01-07 I informed the store with the photos attached. The claim was logged. in mid January 2025 people from Newcastle called me to tell me they are bringing the replacement chair and they polish the scratches on the table top which later peeled off leaving black marks. The guy said he can not fix the leg of the table the warehouse must change it as the damages were deep. I have been waiting and waiting nothing is happening when I call the head office I'm told to go back the shop to log another complain I don't how many references I have however logged and no help for my table and leg. Their latest respond I was informed that the claim has been rejected as this is not supplier liabilty.I'm very disappointed in Bradlows and can't even wish someone to buy from you again not sure if it's because I bought in Gauteng that is why KZN people won't help me. How do you guys work am very disappointed and frustrated by their service.
