Despondent by services recieved to date with no accountability

I'm actually feeling despondent given the services recieved from Bradlows recently. I bought Zimbali table at the store the table was R 3 999 inclusive of online sale as well. To my surprise upon purchase I was told I have to pay R 4 500 as that promotion no longer applies. Table was delivered same day damaged and I reported it several times that I have been sent from pillar to post with false promises. Only to find that the special is still running for the same table that I was made to pay additional R 500 for. Now one can imagine how ****** I feel from the incurred price fixing with the damaged tables for over 3 weeks. I was requested to sent them proof of my allegation and I did even though I knew they knew very well that special is still running, had it not been for capturing the table with the price on the day I purchased it Bradlows was hiding behind "its only an online promotion". Honestly I'm sickened by the manner in which they are handling this issue as a customer I feel ****** and taken advantage of, and would never ever purchase anything from them again. They lack trustworthiness and ethical standards in handling matters that affect our hard earned money as it's no different from ******ion as price fixing falls under the same caliber.
