DESERVE NO STAR!!!

Bought a lounge set at my local branch CASH in August 2018 (was worth over R25000). 4 Months ago I reported the set as faulty, seeing as the material was tearing on all my couches. Came to pick up one couch to inspect and determine whether it can be repaired. One month- no feedback!! Had to phone the warehouse myself only to be informed that nothing can be done and credit will be given. Went to pick out a new set (not to my liking), that was on special and included a free coffee table. Upon fetching the set (had to arrange people to help me because Bradlows cannot deliver), NO inspection was done as promised by the manager and NO coffee table because they had to write off in order to provide the new set to me. THEN (it gets better), I kindly asked the manager to arrange a pickup for the damaged couches still standing in my living room, because I do not have space to store them, been 3months and NO PICKUP!! Then, about a month ago, i was called and accused that i am the reason his stock shows a deficit because the damaged set was not brought in stock when the new set was given to me. This is pathetic!!!! Bradlows is absolutely PATHETIC! Advised the Manager to please bring his area manager with for an appointment in order to resolve this once and for all and so that he can accuse me of the things he had enough guts to accuse me per telephone- but no feedback as yet!
