Deposit not received yet

Hi I have laybye a stand in 2022, later in 2022, I decided to cancel a laybye because my daughter had a stand and she gave it to me. Since then I have not received my deposit back until now and I keep on reminding them they give me stories of which I am making call on my expenses they don't call me to update me of the developments
