Delivery of goods taking very long

<p>I bought couches at morkels and bradlows germiston via credit, it took them more than a week to approve, which i eventaully had to pay cash because they were taking long. now it's almost two weeks and my gooods have not being delivered. i went to the store and asked when my couches will be delivered they told me they will deliver them on 2016/12/11, i waited and they did not deliver even today (2016/12/12) they have not delivered, instead of helping me call the people who are supposed to deliver the goods they just give me phone numbers to call instead of them calling, i have called numerous times, spoken to numerous people and still with no luck.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now i have ran out of options.</p> <p> </p> <p>i really need help.</p>
