Delivery nightmare from hell

I lay buyed a bed online from bradlows in September 2022. I fully paid for the lay buy on the 26th of Jan 2023.

My residential address changed and I called customer care to have it updated.

Till this day my address was never updated by customer care and I have been waiting for more then 3 weeks to get my bed delivered to the new address.

I am getting told endless excuses without anyone giving me a reason as to why my bed is not getting delivered when drivers make contact they refuse to deliver my bed to the new address so now I would have to insure additional delivery costs because of bradlows incompetence.
