Delivery fee

I bought a headboard from Bradlows Mafikeng and paid for delivery. I paid by card… I cancelled delivery same day because I had found a cheaper delivery and asked for a refund. It’s been a full month waiting for a refund from Bradlows. I have called endless times no one is helping me. All I get is reference numbers. Yesterday I called head office and I was told that the Report on my case states that I have been refunded yet I have not received not even a cent. If anyone knows what I can do to get my money back please give advice.
