Delivery Delay

Bought furniture on the 4th of September 2020,from Bradlows Trade Route Mall, i am being given excuse after excuse about my delivery. The 1st excuse was that they can't deliver because of stock taking, taking place. On the 9th Sep, a consultant called to confirm again delivery for the 14th also confirmed my delivery address, a day later, today 13th September ,a day before my delivery i get call from "warehouse" telling me thier system crushed there will be no delivery made on the 14th,mind you, i took leave for the 14th ao i can be home to sign for my furniture. I am not happy about your service and would seriously like to be refunded my money.
