Delivery

Very poor customer service, don't have words to explain the staff incompetence. Called the store, they can't tell me when they will deliver. Went in to the store to ask when delivery will take place, they don't know. Called customer care and they gave me the same answer. It is imperative that a customer knows how long and when delivery will take place. I'm paying R29 000 - very poor service. I now have buyer's remorse.
