defective couches

<p>we bought couches at morkels vereeniging in January 2016, and in February we reported that the couches are defective and asked the company to come fetch them and they didn't fetch them until I reported the matter to helopeter then we got help, then in july again the other 2 couches got defectect when people sit on them, and we reported them again end of July to ask the store to take them back and fix them properly because we love those couches but I cannot pay for something with poor quality, please helopeter help us because we bought these couches the with the hope that they are quality, but now people are laughing at us, please help</p>
