Defective Bedroom Suite

Purchased a new bedroom set cash from the Newcastle store in the middle of October. They sent me a a defective unit, upon complaining the made endless false promises about the date they would review and replace, we had to call them to enquire and follow up. After replacing the set there is still a defect on the second set. Managers response is that if we are not happy we can come in and choose a different bedroom set! Why would I want a different set I payed cash for that one on the spot because I liked it.... Surely through out the country they should not able to source a new set.

They were willing to take my money very quickly and now excuse about the item and blaming the factory for the defective product.

Why advertise it then?
