Defect Couch Delivered

Bought a new 3 Seater couch from Bradlows spent R12000 cash and they deliver a couch that has a manufacturing defect, I get a call logged stating this and sending images of the couch delivered and what I saw in store and still no Bradlows agent contact me regarding this replacement. Unacceptable for a store that expects clients to return and i almost spent more money on a couch similar to what i bought. I will never purchase from Bradlows again.
