Daytime nightmare, Bradlows Wonderpark, yes I wonder.

So I first fully paid R 4999.00 for a Sleepmaster Tanzania Queensize, only got delivered more than 2 weeks later after many visits the branch. Used the bed 3 days and the lining thread was coming off so I requested to have it changed, took weeks to happen so I was like fine let me top up to get a sealy Queensize instead, again they're quick to collect the money but take their precious time to deliver,took weeks to deliver again so after several unsuccessful efforts I decided to ask what they had inside the branch because they kept blaming the warehouse in Orchards, so they told me that they had a king-size in store so I paid extra again to match the price of king-size. Up until now 9 months later, BRADLOWS WONDERPARK hasn't delivered my bed. To complicate the matter a bit, I used to live right across the street from the branch, but now I've moved to Joburg so the chances of having it delivered are bleak so finally I've accepted the faulty bed, now asking for my dear difference that I paid as top up from Tanzania Queensize to Sealy Kingsize, all they Sales man tells me is the reversal was approved but its over a month now and I'm not getting the reversal. Now he's not even picking up my calls to his Cell. That's my daytime nightmare at Bradlows Wonderpark. If you worked hard for your money, be careful where you spend it. My advice to everyone.
