During the previous month (November 2015) I received a call from a morkels consultant and the gist of our call was that at month end they will debit the entire balance,which was supposed to be R700,which he repeatedly confirmed.All of a sudden I receive a call stating that I'm still R482.00. This is *******. They stopped emailing me my statement,which now appears blatant. If you really record your calls,check. I'm never buying anything from Morkels,ever!
