Damaged sianna bedroom suit

I bought sianna bedroom suite at bradlows in jeppe joburg branch, it was delivered november 2019 with a crack on it, the following day i informed the manager and she assured me it will be replaced with a new one, iv did get calls from bradlows wearhouse that they will come and exchange all they are waiting for is the manager to authorize a replacement but nothing happened, then we were on lockdown, september 2020 i went back to the store, my headboard was exchanged with display that is worce than the 1st one, i dont recall buying display, after i complained to heaf office, i was told they will come take it for repaires, its almost a year now they want to take it for repairs, i called again and she told me she doesnt have stock in the store to replace it, yet they still have it on display and selling it, bradlows please i dont want anything to be repaired, i need a new replacement or my money back, ill go buy were customers r valued and respected.
