Damaged my couch when picked up for repairs

Hi<br> <br> My couch was picked up on Monday as scheduled. The guys who came to pick up my couch damaged it when they was taking it down the stairs. My wife video the whole incident of them damaging my couch. I immediately call the manager at Bradlows festival mall and he told me that he will call me back in 15 minutes to provide feedback. Its already Thursday and of no surprise he still has not contacted me to provide information. For a manager to be so unprofessional and *********** is not helping my situation.
