Damaged matress

I am very irate I bought a Sealy queen bed at Bradlows randfontein 3 months ago and the mattress is already damaged, I am paying R636 p.m for 36 months and I went to complain to their shop its closed and I tried to call all Bradlows to complain they don't answer and other numbers don't exist. I don't know where to go or what to do with this damaged bed and I am still paying for it.
