Damaged laugh suit from the shop

My laugh suit I bought it on 16 May18 and 11/7/18 they pick it up the 25/7/18 they bring it back now the same problem it's happening again they go dawn and it's still new which means you are treating the customer that pay cash like this every month till when must I live with this problem.
