Damaged Goods Delivered

We bought a lounge suite from Bradlows Vanderbijlpark on 15/05/2015. The lounge suite was collected by ourselves. There was nobody to help loading the lounge suite. So the sales lady assisted. She saw that wood on the one couch was damaged. We went back the same afternoon to report it. We were told she cant assist us, we must go back the Monday. Monday we went back, then suddenly she wanted to log a complaint at head office. FOR WHAT???? We either want a new couch or she can take the entire lounge suite and refund my money.
