Damaged goods

Bought a TV at Bradlows (store located in Khayelitsha shopping center, Cape Town, Western Cape). The TV had a factory fault and I had taken it back to the store. At the store the TVs screen was cracked and hugely damaged and the store refuses to take responsibility and also refuses to even fix/repair the TV. The name of the salesman who was assisting me goes by the name of Mzi.
