Damaged goods

I bought couches at bradlows cash on the 20 December 2018, around January the couches were damaged both the small couche and the big couche sits were damaged we couldn't even sit on them I complained n they came n took them around February to fix them and they brought them back around June,for July they were damaged again the big couche is damaged we can't even sit on it, I went to the shop they didn't help me, even called they said I should wait for someone to come n check them it's been two months from June till now they haven't fetched them
