damaged goods

I bought 4 piece lounge suit last year on the 14/12/2018 then after 4 months the couches started to be damaged the I put in a complaint at the store requesting for the new couches I was told that they will be repaired then in may they went for repairs but when they came back they were even more damaged , then I complaint again to the head office JD GROUP then they took them again on the 15/06/2018 and I haven't received any feedback but I requested for the couches to be replaced
