Damaged goods

Morkels send the evaluators last week on Thursday the 26th March 2015 to evaluate the goods and the report was written to confirm that the side board and dresser need to be exchanged and we singed that report. On Saturday we received the call from their ware house that confirmed the delivery that will take place on Monday the 30th March 2015. To our surprised only 2 chairs were delivered, when we asked them about the side board and the dresser they said they are also surprised because it is stated on the report they are having but the manager instructed them to take only 2 chairs when they ask the manager there was no answer. We want exchange OR money back. Please assist us in this matter.
