Damaged furniture

<p>My mother bought a bedroom suite aand it was damaged with scratches. The driver made her sign to confirm that she had recived the goods eventhough it was damaged. Said that the warehouse will send someone else to collect it and replace. We called the store manager Michelle who said the correct stock will come from Jorbug in a matter of 5 working days but that was 3 weeks ago. </p> <p>When you call the owner of the store we get a report that we are fine with the goods and nothing is wrong. This woman (Michelle) makes empty promises!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>No with so many furniture stores closing daily, how long do they think they will last with thier lies and empty promises.</p>
