damaged couches from bradlows

I bought couches from bradlows sammy marks pretoria july 2016 ever since ive had those couches i had problems i reported the couches to them they came to fetch them few weeks down the couches gave me problems again i reported the couches they came to fetch them since i had those couches ive them taken back 10 times this year again around april i reported that the couches were giving me problems they came to fetch them i told them that im tired of their couches and i need new couches or my money back they came to fetch he couches until today i dont have couches at my parents home and the only thing that comes out the peoples mouth when they call me is they cant do anything they fixed my couches so i must take them back.I am disgusted and very dissapointed by the service i got from bradlows i never in my thoughts imagined i would be given such poor service and lame excuses.
