Damage goods and out of stock

I 've made a layby be at Morkels at Maponya and I've paid in full in sept promising to deliver goods but they delivery one bedroom suite the other one follow after the week and was damage and when my mom tell the driver to return it back and supply with correct the driver refuse and leave it. Out of stock ( Wall Unit) Joseph and Lebo promise to give me other item eventually I must add money on top. Today they only deliver 1bedbroom coffee table with damage bedroom suite. Real I'm not happy about the service and now they take advantage of a hearing problem. I would appreciate if the office can resolve the matter as soon as possible.
