Damage goods

I bought a laptop from Bradlows 04/07/2014 for 7149.95 whcih has a warrant of 2years,i returned 2weeks ago as it had a faulty screen,they phoned me back telling me that they wont be able to fix it as its my fault,i dont know how,because its showing cracks like ink inside,they even charged me a fee of R100.00 which was not part of the price,hidden fee which they told me that they can not release the goods and it wont fixed or collected from store if there is a problem with it.suddenly they telling me to take it to a company called Sahara somewhere in Midrand and i have to pay for it.<br> <br> TOSHIBA C850 CEL/2/500/W8+FONDI+BAG/PRODUCT CODE:***3
