Damage furniture and they ignoring my complain

<p>My Cash sales order number ********** <br /> It was delivered on the 17th March 2017 at UMzimkhulu,I logged a complain on Monday 20th March 2017.I was promised that someone will contact me.But no one from Umgeni Shop called me<br /> I contacted Umgeni Shop on Thursday and I was told that Nokuthula logged my complain on Wednesday. Someone will call me soon.<br /> <br /> Today is the 28th March. Nobody contacted me regarding my complain. I think I've tried for a long a time to give u guys time to sort out my query but it seems like no one is willing to help me. The time now is 03h20pm ..It is the best thing for the customer to come and buy and there is no best after service from your shop.<br /> <br /> The above complain was logged at their website and I receive automated email to confirm the receipt same and another email on following day confirming that it has been channelled to the right department..Till today 31 March 2017 no one tried to contact me or tell me whats happening with my complain..MmMH SSOOOO ****ed this people wants sales only nothing else </p>
