Damage cubboard- no replacement

Very disappointed in customer service. Purchased a new bedroom suit. This included a small cubboard When the bedroom suit was delivered i found that one of the sides was damaged. When I reported te damage a week later they phoned saying the will not replace as this was a free gift. This was why i purchased from them because you got this with. Now I have a brand new bedroom suit which is already damaged. I wont recommend them to anyone.
