Customer service

Hi, I wanted to rate the service for centurion branch I'm telling you , I've never see a lady who so helpfully like this, she's so humble and respectful my sister had a complaint with the store which took couple of weeks or so-on but the lady was patient even thou my sister was shouting and using words(vulgar language)but she was so calm and explained everything that there are" procedures" to be followed and I was in the store today to browse I saw her on her work station busy I went there and greeted her she smiled and offered me a chair cause she was on the phone I could hear the conversation she was fighting for a customer or need something to be resolved for the customer. she helped me and i made an appointment.all I want to say this lady she's so helpful always smiling and welcoming so guys you didn't make any mistake by hiring this lady she's brilliant.🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞(She's a spectacle lady)
