Customer Negligence!!!

I bought a TV stand from Bradlows Lusikisiki beginning of this month and they advised me to pay for delivery so that they can assemble the stand for me and it can be under warranty aswell. They took a whole week to deliver the stand, the delivery man said they don't assemble another team will come and do it, it's been 3 weeks now I'm still waiting for that team. They don't bother calling me, i have to call them. Please help.
