Customer dissatisfaction

I have recently opened an account with Bradlows and the experience I had with Faith the manager from the call center who told me that it is not gonna happen which makes me very worried why does the company hire people like her who doesn't know how to address the client.

The fact of the matter is that I have an account for 40 months which I pay R1231 if not mistaken so I chose to pay R1500 per month, what I needed was to be told how many months I will pay the account for which I believe is not rocket sciences.

I've been calling and no one is willing to respond to my query.

I feel like is better if I close the account and return the product, I have budget that I am working on I have plans I can't pay something and not know when I will finish it??????
