Customer abuse and dishonesty and mal business practice

My Name is Wilma Niemand, I'm from Port Elizabeth. I bought a microwave and a fridge from Bradlows in Clearypark in Port Elizabeth. When my goods was received the water dispenser of the fridge didn't work. I reported it to the store manager who in turn refused to collect Claridge and fix it or replace it. Then the microwave broken all this happened within the warranty period. I went the the branch several times and the store Manager threatened me and told me now she will show me she won't have my appliances fixed. I after several attempts stop paying then my furnished was picked up after with no warning or letter of demand so that I can go contest defend my side. My microwave is now in the store and has been there for a while and the store Manager is refusing to give it to me or fix it. I am going to report them to the competition tribunal and the consumer board because the service threats and inconvenience and ******* removal of my goods. Customesr have rights and I'm not going to let this go. It's not acceptable..
