CREDIT, NO ITEM
I visited Bradlows Jabulani mall, the store to take a laptop on credit, I handed the saleslady my particulars (bank statements via email, payslip, ID) to process my request. We checked for passive income become my salary and went through everything together, however the statement I brough was about 10 ten days behind and could not access the current physical one due to some issues with the bank at that time. The agreement between myself and her was that when the bank has sorted out their issue regarding the statement machine, I will return to submit them. I went in as arranged on the same week on Sunday and found that they are closing and the statement issues was still not sorted out.We arranged for some time during the week when I received a notification from my bank asking me to approve a mandate. This lady told me they had no stock whatsoever of this laptop in store and there's only 3 left in centurion but we had not yet confirmed it because we were still not done with the documentation for the process. I received a WhatsApp message from her asking me to accept this mandate, I asked her if I accept it, when will the laptop be delivered, she told me it will take a long time. I asked for a specific date and never got a response. Then why must I accept a mandate for something that I don't have and not even sure if I will get it. Immediately, I declined the mandate. A week later, I am owing Bradlows R11k , it is showing on my credit score and I don't have the item. How did it get here? I need answers
