Cracks On Furniture

I bought a dining room suit after 6 months which i am still within my guarantee as promised by the shop I noticed that the table had cracks on top. I immediately went to the shop to let them know. I was given a call centre number and a reference number which is JD***. BRADLOWS sent someone to fix the cracks but he failed dismally. I have been calling the call centre since January and till now no one has given me feedback. I find this extremely frustrating and disgusting that such a big brand could blatantly ignore me as a customer. I hope someone will help me resolve this issue soonest. I am so upset i am even considering taking the whole thing back to shop and just leaving it there.
