cracking couches from Bradlows

I bought a couch set at Bradlows Blood Street in Ptretoria. They claimed they are genuine and they will last years. 1 week after receiving delivery, they started cracking. I informed them and they came to fetch them. Which they returned them back after more than a month later. Within a month they started cracking again. i then reported them again and they came to fetch them once more. They brought them back again and this time the same day they cracked again. seeing that the couched were spending more time being repaired i requested a refund. Th manager at the shop told me i can not get a refund and they will give me a set of new couches. it has now been a month and i am without couches in my house. Every time i contact them they give me stories after another about the supplier not responding to their communication.

I asked to speak to the Regional manager and they refuse to give me the contact details. It have been months now and i can not take this anymore. All i want is my refund so i can look for a better deal with genuine products.
