Cracked Mirror delivered

I bought a bad room suits on the 13/12/2014 that was delivered around the 17/12/2014 however the mirror was cracked and reported on the same month of December and again early January the head office in Braamfontein called to ask about the goods that i bought also told them about the problem that i have and that gently man gave the *** to contact regarding the damage and did so still today not delivered on the 11/04/15 went to the branch where i bought the goods and lady who was assisting her name is Adele she contacted the branch in POLOKWANE and spoke to the lady by the name of KHULISA who promised that it will be delivered by Monday and they will contact me still no phone call or delivery was made
