Couches *********** and a fridge that is not working

I should rate them zero to be honest after the service they provided to me and having to send my couches 4 times for *********** while I was told that they were upper leather.And when they were taken back the 4th time I was told they can not fix them as the warranty for the couches was off after 2years..they do false advertising of products...My husband is angry after paying for both couches n a fridge which is now not working
