couch not returned from repairs

i took a 2 sitter couch for repairs at Bradlows, they said it will be back in 4weeks. its been 11Weeks since the day of collection dated (16 may 2015). i have made numerous follow ups but to this day i have not been given a clear indication on how far is the process or when exactly i will be getting the couch back. your assistance will be highly appreciated in this regard.<br> <br> thanking you in advance<br> Abigail Mulanndwa
