couch not returned from repairs

i bought couches at bradlows Sammy marks square in October 2014, one of the two sitter started sagging 4 months later. i took it in for repairs on the 16th of April 2015 and they said it will be returned within 4 weeks, it has now been 11weeks since it was collected and there is no indication of when it will be brought back. i have made countless follow-ups with the store manager but there was no concrete answer. i wrote to hello Peter yesterday but i realized after my complain was submitted that i indicated the wrong pick-up date of the couch which was 16 May 2015 instead of 16 April 2015.
