connect finance and Bradlows ******** Debit order payers

I am beyond words right now---Bradlows and connect financial solutions has given me so much stress i wish i could just pay up the account ---- I have been calling them and logging a complaint but no one seems to help---i ask to speak to the supervisor i am told they not on their desk--- I have an issue with the debit order arrangement we have with them --they always track my account early and take the money prior to the agreed date--and someone how send me messages that i am am in arrears ---I have asked for the debit order to be cancelled rther i pay since clearly they dontknow what they doing ---im starting to think they doing this to alost all their clients inorder to make money cause these R2s and R3s charged to numerous people actually makes so much money --- HOW CAN I BE IN ARREARS WHEN MY ACCOUNT IS PAID EVERY MONTH ---AND THEY DEBIT EARLER THAN OUR AGREED DATE---- anyone who can assist me with measures to cancel this debit order without defaulting my account PLEASE HELP ME cause they not doing anything about this---and they keep transferring me ---Even my credit profile shows that i've defaulted which is now making me a bad payer
