Completely ***********

<p>We have dealt with such incompetency through bradlows that we will never purchase a product from them again. We purchased a grafton everest couch set through bradlows and it has been a curse since we purchased it. Your staff of the Pietermaritzburg branch are ***********. Your area manager Marvin/Mervin is ***********. Your warehouse staff are ***********. Your staff are either stupid, lazy or untrained. Our couch is under warranty. We requested to have it taken in as the springs and wood work are a problem. No one got back to us. That took a whole month story to eventually get someone to pick it up. They picked up on the 13th/02/17.... Its been almost a month and we are still waiting for our couches. No one gets back to us. We email the area manager and he doesn’t even bother to reply. At one stage when we got hold of someone no one had bothered to load our stock number and our couches were actually “lost”.... WHAT THE ****?????? Where are our couches???? Do we have to take this further and lay charges of theft or what to eventually get heard????? Unprofessional and disgusting behaviour by all members of that pathetic company that we have dealt with. Hopefully this complaint gets through to someone with a bit of common decency and actually knows how to do their job. </p>
