Complaints again Bradlows Queenstown

Worse experience ever in Bradlows Queenstown branch. My mom bought a cupboard and fully paid for it on 21 Sept 2024. To this day it has not been delivered and they keep telling stories about their warehouse. It's quite tiring and annoy😡😡😡
