Complaint on quality of service from Bradlows

Hallo. I bought couches at Bradlows a year ago and they started cracking, I phoned them and they said they will send someone to come and fetch them and assist. The person didn't come when they were supposed to. They came a few days later and they saw a ****roach on my couch and they said they will not take them. They were so rude. They told us to clean them and go back to the shop again to put in a claim. I didn't all that, cleaned the couches as much as I could. They came again the second time. Found more excuses not to take the couch. Excuses not related to the couches cracking. They were rude to us and left again, still no couches. I even dismantled te couches myself to clean, stayed a few days with dismantled couches while cleaning them. I'm fed up of Bradlows and their excuses. People should not even buy anything there, the quality was poor, I'm paying insurance and they still dontwant to pay when I claim.
