Complaint of torn couches

Good day I'm a customer at bradlows atteridgeville so recently I bought 4 piece lounge set on Jan 2024 so both two sisters have torn apart ant their still under guarantee of 24 months and now it's been 1year six month since I've bought them on the 9th of May I went to bradlows stores Atteridgeville to lounge a complain the manager said she will log a call and give me feedback with the refence number....after few days I called he again still the is no reference number but when you are coming to the stores to buy something they quickly attend you because your bringing cash to their stores but when you have a problem that's need to be solved they take time to deliver....I can't keep paying for poor quality because their debiting my acc every month for something that is torn but still under guarantee Maybe if could just stop paying is where by I'll be given attention as customer.
