complaint of service

i bought couches for 18000 at bradlows in alberton and within less than 2 year couches broke and they collected them to be fixed. after a year again another once broke and it was fixed and less than a year the same couch broke and I went straight to the shop on the 13 and was advise that I will need to pay for the couches to be fixed as guarantee is over and I told them that im not gonna pay as for the amount I have paid I should not have has such experience with the se couches in the first place and I need then to give me new couches and till today I haven't heard from them.
