Complaint of poor quality from Bradlows.

I bought a 3 piece couch from Bradlows Pretoria CBD which i paid an amount of R42 000-00. I am now experiencing a serious challenge which is pilling off. I tried contacting Bradlows & does not want to account. Everyone be warned, Bradlows is bad in quality.
