Complaint of angry customer

I am a very angry customer with Braddlows Gugulethu service. I bought TV by them 43 inch Skyworth smart TV within 6months it just went off. I took it to the shop and now it's already 2 without a fully paid TV. No communication at all. I went to their shop last week and they told me the TV came but they had to return it bcz it came without a cable. I waited for them again because they said within 3 days it will be there. I received a call from them telling me on the 21/07 or 22/07 I'm gonna get my TV until I call them today and they just told me the TV is not there and it's not their problem. Can you please please help me to get my TV and I will never ever buy anything from this shop again I will tell my whole family about them and never recommend it to anyone
