Complaint about the claim (account number ***

<p>We claim on the 4 July 2016 at Bradlows in Randburg regarding the ****** phone, then they call me on the 05 of august, they said i have to pay the ecess fee of R394.73 to find that they wanted to give me phone which is less than the one that i was paying for, I told them that i'm not happy, they promise to give me a call but they didn't, I kept doing follow ups because they dont care with their customers, i decide to go to Germiston where i open the account, the manager (Jeanette) was very rude she even said to me nxaaah!, and she promise to call me but she didn't, i kept doing the follow ups again, she only do the follow ups when im at store, she even said they dont have phones anymore which is not my problem, it's been 3 full months now and im aproaching the 4th months but there.'s no progress. in 2013 i bought the lounge suits worth R26000 now its pilling i complaint they came and collect it, they wanted me to pay 5100, i won't do that how can i purchase something worth 26000 its not even 5 years but i have to replace it.....I will report them to ombuds now. my contact number ********** 499</p>
