The issues with the couches include:

I was shocked and dismayed to find these defects in brand-new couches. As a customer, I expect a certain level of quality and craftsmanship from Bradlows, and it's unacceptable that these standards were not met.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue. I would like to request a replacement or a full refund, depending on your store's policy.
